We are bringing together the incredible energy of Calabria, Cartagena, Cassino, Seville, Zagreb, Aveiro, Coimbra, Messina and Lisbon! This is where the Mediterranean and Adriatic spirit meets the Atlantic coast for a legendary Motivational Weekend.

What’s on the menu for this weekend?

• Themed Nights & Culinary Delights: Get ready for an amazing lineup of cross-cultural parties! We will take your tastebuds on a journey with different themed dinners and celebrations that will make you feel like you are travelling across the Solaris Region and beyond! Expect incredible vibes, delicious food, and true local festivities.

• Epic Games & Challenges: Bring your A-game for our bonding activities! We have prepared a series of mysterious challenges, interactive games, and hilarious tasks that will test your teamwork and creativity. We won’t give too much away, but be prepared for some wild surprises!

• ESTIEM Spirit: Connect with the brightest minds across the region and collect unforgettable memories! We have some special, secret traditions planned for you to bond with your fellow ESTIEMers and leave with unique, personalized souvenirs from this amazing weekend.

We are mixing the perfect summer cocktail: motivation, unforgettable parties and pure Solaris magic. Whether you want to conquer our fun challenges or dance until the sun comes up, this event is exactly what you need.

Regarding accommodation, it will be in a house located in Caminha – a small town in Viana do Castelo district (North of Portugal). You can fly to Porto, Lisbon or Vigo and catch a train (check https://www.cp.pt/pt) or bus (check https://rede-expressos.pt/pt or https://www.flixbus.pt/) to Caminha.
