This edition of PEAK

focuses on sailing and water recreation, placing teamwork on small sailing units at the very heart of the program. 

Participants will dive into a completely new world filled with wind and waves pushing their comfort zones, building mutual trust, and gaining knowledge in one of the most exciting ways possible. 

The experience on board will create strong bonds and unforgettable memories while encouraging self-awareness and teamwork.

The program combines a solid dose of theory with intensive practice. You will learn how a yacht is built and how to maneuver it efficiently, all within a dynamic and active environment. It is the perfect opportunity to feel a direct connection with the water, requiring participants to find a common rhythm and full synchronization with their crew.

Beyond the training under sails, PEAK: 

Sail Away will feature interactive sessions, group activities, and social events that bring participants closer together. These shared moments will allow you to integrate with your crew not only on the water but also during evening gatherings, strengthening friendships in an inspiring atmosphere.
