DESCRIPTION: \n\n„Science meets Economy“ (SmE) is a unique collaboration event between VWI (the German Association of Industrial Engineering and Management) and ESTIEM. This year’s edition is proudly hosted by LG Ilmenau.\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\n\nOver the course of five days\, participants will dive deep into this year’s exciting theme: Transformation of Transportation. \nFrom electric vehicles and smart mobility concepts to sustainable logistics and autonomous systems\, we will explore how science and industry are shaping the way we move – now and in the future. The event will feature a dynamic mix of: \n\nExpert presentations from academia and industry\nHands-on workshops and excursions to innovative companies and institutions\nA vibrant evening program for networking\, fun\, and cultural exchange\n\nWhether you are looking to deepen your knowledge\, gain fresh perspectives\, or connect with like-minded peers and professionals – SmE 2025 is the place to be.
